Here, at Hidalgo ISD fun is always first! There is fun in learning, respecting one another is fun, playing sports is fun, reading is fun, recess is fun, helping others is fun, extra-curriculum activities are fun! But withing all that fun, safety is ALWAYS present!
Hidalgo ISD spared no expenses when it comes to the protection of its students and staff. Hand washing stations have been applied all over each campus. Hand sanitizers and thermometers have been placed at all entrances. Touch less water fountains have also been implemented throughout Hidalgo ISD for the first time. Plex glass has been placed in every Special Education, Pre-K 3 and Prek- 4 classrooms.
